2. Booking & Appointments

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a fee (up to 50% of the service total).

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the full value of the missed service.

4. Memberships & Packages

• Membership benefits (e.g., service credits, discounts) are non-transferable.

• Unused services may roll over for a limited time, subject to the terms of your membership.

• Gift cards, promotions, and packages cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

• Final prices for services listed as “from $XX” may vary depending on hair length, nail length, service time, product use, or technician recommendations.

• We accept all major credit cards, Affirm, and Infinite Me Spa gift cards. Tips are appreciated and can be added to your payment method or given in cash.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Service refunds: Due to the personal nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

• Product returns: Unused, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days with receipt.

7. Health & Safety

Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or injuries prior to your service. Certain treatments may not be recommended based on your existing health or health history.
