Membership Terms & Conditions


These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Infinite Me, LLC to individual clients ("Members"). By enrolling in the membership program, you ("the Member") agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Term

  • The membership has a fixed contract length of (12) months.

  • After the initial term, the agreement will renew for an additional (12) months unless terminated before the renewal date with at least 30 days notice in person or submitted via the Membership Cancellation Form.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Membership cannot be terminated prior to completion of the current (12) month term, except in extenuating circumstances outside of your control. Please contact us if such a situation arrives and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • In order to cancel a membership, at least 30 days notice prior to the final month of the term must be provided. Please complete this form to proceed with canceling your membership.

  • If canceled, a membership will continue until completion of its current (12) month term.

  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except as required by applicable law.

3. Cooling-Off Period

  • If you sign up online or in-person at Infinite Me Spa, you have the right to cancel within 3 business days of sign-up for a full refund, provided you have not used any membership services during that period.

  • To exercise this right, contact Infinite Me Spa in writing within the 3-day period.

4. Payment

  • Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file starting on the initial sign up date.

  • You agree to keep your payment details up to date.

  • If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until resolved.

  • It is expressly agreed that Infinite Me, LLC may revoke any membership for non-payment of dues and chargers and/or violations of Infinite Me Spa rules and regulations by the member, his or her family, or invited guests.

  • Any account that becomes overdue may be referred to collections for the current balance plus any remaining membership dues owed to complete the initial agreement and any collection expenses or attorney fees.

5. Rollover Policy

  • Unused services or credits rollover to the following month(s).

  • Any unused services or credits will expire upon completion of the membership term.

  • Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

6. Booking and Appointments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Members are expected to give at least (24) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited services or fees.

7. Freezing or Holding Membership

  • A membership may be frozen or placed on "medical hold" for a minimum of (1) month and a maximum of (3) months, but no more than twice in a (12) month period.

  • A "freeze" or "medical hold" fee of $25 will apply.

  • Freeze or Hold requests must be made in writing with sufficient notice.

  • Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is frozen or held.

8. Changes to Terms or Pricing

  • Infinite Me, LLC may update membership terms or pricing with at least 30 days notice.

  • If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.

9. General

  • Members may transfer (1) service credit to a friend or family member once every (3) months.

  • By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all Infinite Me Spa policies.

  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer law.

  • These terms are governed by applicable local laws in your region.
