*Memberships are charged on the same date you sign up each month. Unused services will rollover to the following month and expire upon the end of your membership. Membership requires a 3-month commitment. Membership rates do not contribute towards gratuity. Membership holding does not guarantee your appointment.   • We offer three membership tiers to fit your self-care needs:

    • $75/month: 1 service per month, 10% off spa services, 10% off spa products, plus a free Infinite Moisturizer at sign-up.

    • $140/month: 2 services per month, 20% off spa services, 20% off spa products, plus a free Infinite Moisturizer at sign-up.

    • $200/month: 3 services per month, 30% off spa services, 30% off spa products, plus a free infinite moisturizer at sign-up.

  • As a member, you can select from the following services:

    • European Facial

    • Anti-Aging Facial

    • Men’s Facial

    • Acne Corrective Facial

    • 60-Minute Swedish Massage

    • 60-Minute Deep Tissue Massage

    • Signature Mani-Pedi

    • Blowout + Scissor Cut

    60 Minute Massage appointments are available for upgrade to a 90 Minute Massage for an additional fee.

  • All memberships require a 3-month commitment. Memberships can be terminated early for a fee equal to 50% of your monthly rate. Upon early termination, all unused benefits will expire.

  • Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis on the date of sign-up.

  • Yes, you membership can be canceled. To do so, you must fill out our membership cancellation form in-person or online via this form at least 7 days before the upcoming billing cycle.

  • Yes! Any unused services will roll over to the next month. However, they will expire 90 days after cancellation if unused.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-call, no-show, you forfeit that membership service credit.

  • Memberships are non-transferable, but every 3 months, you can gift one of your services to a friend or family member.

  • Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time by contacting us in person or call us at (689) 300-5728.

  • You can sign up in person at our spa or online using our booking calendar.
